Eligibilitefr SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number B 912 345 678, with its registered office at 14 Avenue de l'Opera, 75001 Paris, France, is the controller of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. 2. Data collected
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the provision of our services: identification data (surname, first name), contact details (email address, phone number if applicable), and the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form. No financial or banking data is collected directly by our site. Navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) is collected for statistical analysis and service improvement purposes.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to respond to your enquiries, assess your eligibility for public and European aid, provide personalised assistance with your administrative procedures, and improve our services. 5. Data recipients

Your contact data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from your last interaction with our services. Navigation data is retained for 13 months in accordance with CNIL recommendations. Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. In case of a contractual relationship, data is retained for the duration of the contract and 5 years thereafter for evidentiary purposes.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to define directives regarding the fate of your data after your death.
